계정·데이터 삭제
nbnb 계정과 그 안의 데이터를 지우는 방법이에요. 앱에서 바로 지울 수도 있고, 앱이 없어도 이메일로 요청할 수 있어요.
1. 앱에서 바로 지우기
- nbnb 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
- 맨 오른쪽 내 정보 탭으로 갑니다.
- 설정 묶음 안의 계정을 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 회원탈퇴를 누르고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.
확인을 누르면 계정과 데이터가 바로 삭제되고 로그아웃됩니다.
2. 앱이 없거나 로그인할 수 없을 때
아래 주소로 메일을 보내 주세요. 가입하신 분 본인인지 확인한 뒤 처리해 드려요.
접수 후 영업일 기준 3일 안에 처리하고 같은 메일로 결과를 알려 드려요. 확인이 더 필요한 경우에도 접수일로부터 14일을 넘기지 않습니다. 신분증 사본은 요구하지 않아요.
3. 무엇이 지워지나요
- 프로필: 이름(표시명), 프로필 사진, 나이, 성별, 국적, 직업, 생활습관·관심사, 자기소개, 한국어 수준
- 계정 정보: 휴대전화번호, 인증(OTP) 기록, 외국인 신분 인증 통과 여부
- 내가 올린 방 정보와 사진, 하우스 룰
- 신청·투표 기록, 즐겨찾기, 내가 보낸 메시지
- 푸시 알림 토큰과 기기 정보
바로 지워지지 않는 것
법에서 일정 기간 보관하도록 정한 기록은 그 기간 동안만 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 로그인(접속) 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
- 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 부정이용 기록: 1년 (재가입 악용 방지)
또한 다른 이용자가 자신의 대화 목록에 가지고 있는 메시지처럼, 상대방의 기록에 남는 부분은 그대로 둘 수 있어요.
4. 계정은 두고 일부만 지우고 싶을 때
계정을 없애지 않고 일부 데이터만 지울 수도 있어요. 아래는 앱에서 바로 할 수 있어요.
- 프로필 사진·자기소개 같은 프로필 내용: 내 정보 → 프로필 수정에서 지우거나 바꿔요. 사진은 프로필에 필요한 최소 장수만 남기고 뺄 수 있어요.
- 방 신청: 내 정보 → 내 신청에서 신청을 취소해요.
- 즐겨찾기: 저장한 방의 하트를 다시 눌러 해제해요.
- 새 방 알림: 알림을 켠 화면에서 다시 눌러 꺼요.
- 내가 올린 방: 우리 집 탭에서 룸메이트 모집을 끄면 방 목록에서 빠지고 새 신청을 받지 않아요.
그 밖의 데이터(내가 올린 방 자체, 보낸 메시지, 차단 기록, 인증 기록 등)를 일부만 지우고 싶으면 위 2번 주소로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목은 일부 데이터 삭제 요청, 내용에는 가입하신 휴대전화번호·표시 이름과 지우고 싶은 항목을 적어 주세요. 처리 기한은 계정 삭제와 같아요.
5. 알아 두실 것
- 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없어요. 같은 번호로 다시 가입하셔도 예전 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.
- 진행 중인 신청이나 입주 절차가 있다면 먼저 상대방과 정리한 뒤 삭제해 주세요.
- nbnb는 결제를 받지 않으므로 환불 절차는 없습니다.
Delete your account and data (English)
In the app. Open nbnb, sign in, go to the Profile tab, tap Account under Settings, then Delete account. Your account and data are removed right away.
Without the app. Email young@prelabart.studio with the subject Account deletion request, and include the phone number and display name you signed up with. We verify that it is you, complete the deletion within 3 business days (never more than 14 days), and reply to the same address. We never ask for a copy of your ID.
What is deleted. Your profile (name, photos, age, gender, nationality, job, lifestyle tags, intro, Korean level), your phone number and verification records, rooms and photos you posted, your applications, votes, favourites and messages you sent, and your push token and device info.
What is kept for a while. Korean law requires us to retain sign-in logs for 3 months, consumer dispute records for 3 years, and abuse records for 1 year. These are stored separately and then destroyed. Messages you sent may remain in the other person's own conversation history.
Delete only some data. You can keep your account and remove parts of it in the app: edit or remove profile content and photos (Profile, Edit profile; the minimum number of photos stays), cancel an application (Profile, My applications), remove favourites by tapping the heart again, turn off new-room alerts where you turned them on, and turn off roommate recruiting for a room you posted (House tab) so it leaves the room list. For anything else (the room itself, messages you sent, block records, verification records), email the address above with the subject Partial data deletion request, your phone number and display name, and what you want removed. Same timeline as account deletion.
This cannot be undone. Signing up again with the same number does not restore old data. nbnb is free and takes no payments, so there is no refund process.
